From time to time, our clients’ circumstances require some consideration of how governance can help them deliver their work in a more effective manner.
Governance in this context covers a range of issues, from the composition of and the skills / expertise present on the Board, through to the appropriate organisational legal structures that fit with the clients’ objectives around funding or investment.
We help organisations understand and choose from the governance options available to them, recognising that once governance frameworks are developed, lawyers may sometimes be required for implementation. Our work around governance is normally driven from initial support around strategic and / or operational planning.
